TERENCE CANDELL'S EXPERIENCE IN THE COMMUNITY:

Terence Candell is currently the Executive Director of

Candell's College Preparatory Academy, Inc.

Prior to CCPA, Terence Candell was the top Admissions Advisor in all of the Heald
Colleges. He received numerous acknowledgements for his achievements. Immediately
before Heald, he was the Director of Marketing for Menlo College. He increased the
enrollment by 400%.

For three years, he was the Director of the CET Business College. His Admissions Team
was number 1 in the country. Their placements were unparalleled, as well. Meanwhile,
the curriculum, which he helped to develop, was state compliant and received a six-year
accreditation from WASC.

In Berkeley/Oakland Unified School Districts, he was a Teacher and Acting Principal. As
the teacher, his students received the highest test scores in the district every year that he
taught. He is only happy that he loves them as he does his own children and that they love
him back.

All the while, Terence was developing a fairly well-known music business in the city of
Oakland. He never made the millions, even though he had two local hits called Oaktown's
Party Town! and I Want Your Love; but let him tell it, "The best thing that ever came out
of the nusic business is that we fed 30 families for 12 years."

As the current Executive Director of Candell's College Preparatory Academy, he is very
proud of the achievements of his students, as 100% of his high school seniors have been
accepted to college.

As President of the new and tiny Candell University, he is very proud of his two students,
the 20-year-old as well as the 63-year-old, as they just keep coming and only want what he
has to give. They have no idea of the joy they bring to his heart.
